Team Cam Services came to Alchemi to grow the company into a leading paving and concrete contractor for Maryland state and county projects. We implemented an advanced tracking software that allowed our agency to see where their leads were coming from and used that information to build a marketing list of clients throughout the state. Using the contacts gained through our lead generation strategy, we created multiple email marketing campaigns to target these potential clients in specific groups depending on industry.

In addition to finding viable leads, we made updates to their website and landing pages to position their company as an authority. To emphasize the new focus on paving, we even created new branding for Team Cam Paving, updating their website domain and marketing materials to reflect their new brand direction. With new branding materials and a focus on building lead lists, we were able to effectively increase their brand awareness in the market.

Our overall goal was to shift Team Cam’s company identity from overall general contracting to paving industry leader. Now Team Cam Paving has hit their income goals and are looking to once again expand their reach, with Alchemi’s help, into new industries.
