Scott Finlay DDS & Associates is an ongoing client with marketing, design, communication and analytics tracking services. Scott Finlay is a world leader in cosmetic dentistry and teaches around the world from China, Australia to Russia. He is an influencer in his field and we were tasked with marketing his practice and his brand name worldwide.

We manage all marketing campaigns, advertising contract negotiations, email marketing, website updates, copywriting (including monthly blogs), public relations, Google Display ads and online announcements and listings. We schedule and manage the monthly email campaign calendar and create new email brands and track interactions. We research and evaluate resources for advertising, as well as negotiate and contract advertising in accordance with the set budget. We are the marketing liaison and conduct regular communication with third party partners, web and in-office teams on all marketing efforts to ensure advertising information is consistent on all platforms, which includes conducting monthly marketing meetings.

Since our inception with Scott Finlay DDS & Associates, new patients have increased on a monthly basis and and ten percent or more per year. We have tracked new patients who have converted into paying customers for cosmetic treatments to achieve this primary revenue goal.
